Sunday 9th – Saturday 29th January

Wednesday’s 8:00pm – 8:40pm each week online Prayer Meeting

Join with us in our Annual Prayer & Fasting for 2022.

As we embark on another year with much uncertainty it is also a time of great opportunity to show God’s love and grace in a ‘World Gone Crazy’!
It is also a wonderful opportunity to start the year by personally drawing near to God in prayer for our own relationship with Him as well as praying for our families and friends, our Church and the world!
We need to approach God with confident faith…
Hebrews 6:10
‘But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.’
The point is, we want our prayers to be effective so therefore we need to be saying the kinds of things that God listens to. Part of what makes an effective prayer life is repeating His promises back to Him with assurance.
God wants us to step beyond all our challenges that we face and come to Him in prayer because He wants to release His Hand to move on our behalf.
God will respond when we express with confidence what He has already promised! Amen!
In your private times of prayer remember your friends and those you love, who have been in your thoughts. A way to exercise our love can be through spontaneous prayers that touch God’s heart as you obtain good for them.
Pray for the unity of the Spirit working among us all, and that through the fullness of Christ a deeper insight and fuller understanding of the inheritance we have in Christ will be released.
Call forth good things when you pray and have the same spirit as Christ’s in prayer, that of selfless giving for others, from a full and loving heart.
Great joy comes when we pray for others.
Right words are not only important in prayer, they are important to life in general. Proverbs 18:21 say the very power of life and death itself is found in what we say, just think about that for a moment…
So if both prayer and our life overall is dependent on us using our words effectively, then I think we should make a habit of speaking and declaring the right things particularly in our prayers.
The right prayers will dispel the works of darkness…there is power in our mouth when we pray! I know and believe that with God’s help, and His promises, our whole perspective can change regarding our future.
A question Rick Renner asks in his book ‘How to Keep Your Head On Straight in a World Gone Crazy’ as follows…
What specific ways can the Church “Rise & Shine” to fulfil its role in society in the days ahead?
Dare to ask yourself, “What’s my part?
We believe in the power of prayer for yourself, your family and friends, the Church and our world!
Join the 21 day challenge to pray and fast!
(Fast in the way that suits you personally.)
